While it may sound crazy its true, Joanas Horde Guide is Obsolete. It may be one of the most popular horde leveling guides out there but that doesnt mean its still effective in wow speed leveling. Im a hardcore world of warcraft player. I have probably tried almost every world of warcraft leveling guide out there known to man. In fact yes I own a copy of Joanas Horde Guide myself. But heres the truth about this wow horde speed leveling guide that no-one else is going to tell you. It was great back in the day, but today its leveling methods are slow and obsolete.
You see world of warcraft is an evolving game. Both from a gamers perspective and from the people who put out similar wow speed leveling guides and Joanas Horde Guide is no exception. While it is true a year or so ago Joanas Horde Guide was the best solution for someone looking to have the best information to power level their characters. But not anymore, and heres why.
Take any typical gamer playing along to world of warcraft and using a guide such as Joanas Horde guide. Heres how the game play flows. I know, because I myself have played exactly like this for years until I found a better solution. Ok here goes.
Youre questing through a particular zone and the goal is to power level your way through it in the fastest time available. All hardcore gamers know that you need to maximize your experience points per hour while minimizing your actual in-game playing time. The result, your powering through and area you get stuck, you Alt+Tab over to your Joana Hord Guide, find the solution (might only take a minute or two), and Alt+tab back into the game and continue to power level your way through. Sound familiar? I bet it does because I know hundreds of gamers that play this way including myself. The problem is it actually isnt every efficient.
Take into account all the actual time you waste playing with this technique and total it up. While in the short term it may not sound like a lot but compound this amount of time over say twenty levels and it really begins to add up. If you were able to get this same information without having to leave the game, by having an in-game horde leveling guide then your speed leveling just jumped by light years. You would actually be a couple levels above where you are now, by eliminating the Alt+Tab effect.
The solution you need an in-game speed leveling guide. One that sits right inside your gaming GUI just like a map mod. Thanks to advances in the game engine and in mods available for it, this is now a reality. So dont get stuck playing the old ineffective way, theres no doubt Joanas Horde Guide is good, but its not what its all cracked up to be either.
