The Best Exercises for Getting Rid of Man Boobs

1. Interval Training - These exercises give a super boost to your metabolism and allow you to burn body fat really fast, which is absolutely key to getting rid of man boobs. Most interval training is very intense which allows you to burn massive amounts calories very quickly. By adopting a solid interval training program your body will continue to burn fat even after you finish your workout as it will be busy repairing and rebuilding the muscles you stretched while doing it. A good interval training program will involve thirty seconds to one minute of intense workout followed by two to three minutes of easy workout. One of the best interval training exercises is to sprint as fast as you can for one minute and then slow to brisk walk for a few minutes. 2.
