Use Auto-responders to target the web traffic you want. Setting up a mailing list consisting of promotions, newsletters, etc; to send on a regular basis is one excellent idea. However, you may not be ale to manage it easily if you do it yourself. It is not easy to send emails to a huge number of people by yourself as it will take a long time. Moreover you can not personalize it for every receiver.
Get an Auto-responders to do all these work on your behalf. It computerizes the sending of emails to your clients or potential clients 24/7. In addition to that, each and every email that you send can be personalized. This way, your clients would think that you have taken your time and energy to send a personalize email to them all.
Even when you are lying on your bed sleeping at night, a visitor can receive emails from you by simply subscribing to the mailing list and automatically get emails from you. The visitors just have to type in their email address and name on your site to get the emails.
After this you can also send additional planned emails to them after some period. An illustration of this would be a welcome message in the form of email. Then maybe after three days or so you can send them an email telling them about the items that you sell. After doing this, the auto-responders would automatically send out emails and combine the information of your clients with the emails before sending them. In addition, when a person signs up with your website for the first time, it will also send out a welcome message tot hat client.
You have to make sure that you distinguish between two different types of contacts, like you potential clients and your present clients in the mailing list.
Good auto-responder software can perform a great role such as moving a member from one list to the next one after the occurrence of certain events.
You can still send a one time email to any of your groups even though auto-responders send all the automated emails on your behalf. It is possible for you to physically send an email inviting the prospect for any special event or sending a special report to the clients.
Auto-responders are a very good marketing strategy which should be used by all the websites. This way the websites will be able to attract more visitors.
